- Location: Fouke, Arkansas
- Dates: Setup Date: November 6 | Market Dates: November 7-9
- Standard Booth Fee: $200 for a 10x10 space (upgrades available)
- Food Truck Booth Fee: $400 for a 10x20 space (upgrades available)
- Electricity, tent, table, and chair rentals available
- Vendor setup and check-in instructions provided upon acceptance

- All vendors must provide their own displays
- Booths must be tied down or weighted (required)
- This is an outdoor event—come prepared for weather
- You’ll receive a confirmation email if accepted
❓ When is Wildflowers & Wares?
The event runs Friday - Sunday, November 7-9. Setup begins on Thursday the day before the market begins.
❓ How much does a booth cost?
A standard 10x10 booth is $200 for all 3 days. Upgrades (electricity, premium placement, tent/table/chair rentals) are available.
❓ What kinds of vendors are accepted?
We are a curated market, prioritizing high-quality antiques, handmade items, florals, boutique goods, baked goods, and art. We aim for a beautiful mix of vendors and guest experiences. We do not accept any Multi-Level Marketing.
❓ When will I know if I’m accepted?
We review applications within 1-3 business days and notify all applicants by email.
❓ What if I need electricity or forgot my tent?
We offer rentals! You’ll be able to add power, tent, tables, and chairs once accepted through your vendor portal.
❓ Is the event rain or shine?
Yes—this is an outdoor, all-weather event. Please come prepared for sunshine, wind, or rain.
❓ Is my purchase of a booth or rentals refundable?
Wildflowers & Wares purchases are non-refundable.
